What we collect
First name, last name, work email, optional telephone and message, privacy-notice acknowledgement, separate marketing choices, timestamps, source and technical correlation identifiers.
Why we use it
We use the required information to answer the request and manage a potential business conversation. Optional marketing email and telephone choices are separate, specific and can be withdrawn at any time.
Where it is stored
n8n securely orchestrates each request. Durable contact, consent and suppression records are held in Kerviq’s Sales Data Core with restricted access and an audit trail.
How long we keep it
We retain contact-request information for up to 12 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required to handle an ongoing request or comply with a legal obligation.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information. You can stop marketing email through the contact-preferences page; an active opt-out always takes precedence over a later unverified form selection.
Please do not send confidential, special-category, or other sensitive information through the contact form. Responding to a request you initiate does not depend on marketing consent.
